Air New Zealand marked its 75th anniversary with various events and promotions, highlighting its rich history and contributions to the aviation industry. Throughout its history, Air New Zealand has evolved from a small domestic airline to a major international carrier, serving destinations around the world and offering their customers unparalleled service.

To celebrate this milestone, we delivered an integrated brand experience designed to bring customers closer to Air New Zealand.

The centrepiece was a branded Boeing 737 nose section installation at Te Papa in Wellington, where the public could step into the cockpit and experience the pilot’s view firsthand. By transforming an aircraft into an immersive, hands-on experience, we created a memorable interaction that deepened emotional connection and pride in the brand.

Supporting collateral ranged from merchandise and advertising campaigns to a cabin-styled float featured at Auckland’s Pride Parade. Every touchpoint was crafted to reflect Air New Zealand’s rich heritage while expressing its uniquely Kiwi customer experience — warm, inclusive, and distinctly authentic.

The result was a cohesive celebration that didn’t just tell the brand story, but allowed customers to actively experience it.
