  • Formally trained in Graphic Design at Kingston University in London, Martin spent over 20 years in the design and advertising industries as a designer, art director and creative director working on global brands like British Airways, Qantas, Bridgestone Firestone, and Chelsea Football Club amongst others. Martin then moved into the corporate setting where he worked at Air New Zealand leading the in-house design team as Design Manager, bringing the airline’s newly formed master brand and livery to life across the airline’s domestic and global digital, print, and customer experience touchpoints. It was here that Martin embraced and developed his skills in human-centred design methods to tackle business challenges.
